Оформив подписку на @cc_puzzle_bot, Пользователь считается принявшим настоящие Условия. В случае несогласия Пользователя с положениями указанных Условий, Пользователь обязан прекратить подписку на @cc_puzzle_bot путем отключения бота.

Bot Subscription

1. The complete and current list of capabilities and functions available at the moment within the framework of a paid subscription to Castle Clash Bot is given here.
2. Refund for the corresponding period of subscription or functionality is the User's refusal to extend the subscription to Castle Clash Bot. In this case, access to the full functionality of Castle Clash Bot is terminated, unless the Refund Procedure (#2 Purchase; Promo Code; Refund) was violated.
3. The User understands and agrees that the list of capabilities and functions provided within Castle Clash Bot and given here may change, including being supplemented/reduced.
4. The User accepts and agrees that any change in the list of functions in the above order is not a basis for canceling the subscription to the functionality, revising its cost for the paid Subscription Period or refunding money.
5. The bot owner or team reserve the right to refuse the User access or restrict access to certain Service functions at their discretion, without prior notice.
6. The bot owner will take all reasonable measures and carry out any appropriate actions aimed at maintaining the operability of Castle Clash Bot services. The User realizes the possibility of technical malfunctions and failures in the operation of these services and agrees that the Team or Bot Owner does not have the technical ability to predict their occurrence, notify the User about them in advance, or completely exclude the possibility of their occurrence.
